1. Overview

Welcome to Caspio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online catalogue, quotation services and purchases made through www.caspioltd.com.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published Shipping & Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations, and Privacy policies, subject to applicable law.

2. Products and Product Information

Caspio supplies wholesale plumbing products, including ABS DWV and PVC Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 fittings, and accepts inquiries for additional plumbing and flow-control products.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information, including descriptions, dimensions, connection types, manufacturer part numbers, packaging quantities and prices.

Product photographs may be representative. Actual products can vary by size and manufacturer specifications.

Customers are responsible for verifying that the selected products meet their requirements, including compatibility, technical specifications and applicable installation standards or building codes.

If you are uncertain about a product, please contact Caspio before placing your order.

3. Wholesale Ordering and Packaging

Caspio sells catalogue products by the box or carton unless expressly stated otherwise.

The displayed unit price is provided for reference. The sale price is based on the complete box or carton quantity shown for the selected product.

An order quantity of one means one complete sale box or carton, not one individual fitting.

Standard online checkout requires a minimum merchandise subtotal of $3,000 CAD, calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Customers may add products to their carts without restriction, but the minimum order requirement applies at checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Caspio reserves the right to correct product information or pricing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before making any material adjustment. Additional charges will not be collected without authorization.

Payment is required through the payment methods available at checkout, unless alternative terms are expressly agreed upon in writing.

5. Order Confirmation and Review

After checkout, customers may receive an automated order confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.

All orders are subject to manual review by Caspio before fulfillment.

Our review may include verifying product availability, quantities, specifications, delivery eligibility and applicable freight requirements.

An automated confirmation does not guarantee immediate fulfillment or product availability.

If an order cannot be fulfilled as placed, Caspio will contact the customer to discuss available options. Any material changes require customer approval. Where an order cannot proceed, applicable payments will be refunded.

6. Canadian Shipping and Delivery

Standard online checkout is available for eligible Canadian delivery destinations.

For eligible non-rural and non-remote Canadian addresses:

• Orders from $3,000 to $5,999.99 CAD are subject to standard shipping charges of approximately 10% of the discounted merchandise subtotal, with the applicable rate displayed at checkout.

• Orders of $6,000 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Applicable taxes may be charged on shipping.

Delivery estimates are subject to product availability, order review, destination and transportation arrangements.

7. Rural, Remote and Special-Access Deliveries

Rural, remote and special-access destinations may require customized freight arrangements.

Additional shipping charges may apply even after checkout and payment, including when a standard or free-shipping option was initially displayed.

Caspio will contact the customer to explain any additional freight requirements and request approval.

No additional charges will be collected automatically.

If the customer declines the additional freight charges, the unfulfilled order may be cancelled and the payment refunded, in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. United States and International Orders

Standard online checkout is restricted to eligible Canadian delivery addresses.

Customers requesting delivery to the United States or other international destinations must use our Request a Quote process.

International pricing, freight, customs requirements, duties, taxes and other applicable conditions will be reviewed individually and communicated before payment is requested.

Canadian standard shipping offers do not apply to international deliveries.

9. Product Availability and Special Orders

Catalogue listings and stated packaging quantities do not guarantee that products are currently in stock.

Availability is subject to confirmation during order review.

Products sourced specifically for a customer, special-order items and custom products may be subject to additional conditions disclosed during the quotation or order-review process.

Customers should review and approve these conditions before proceeding.

10. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are governed by our published Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Standard products generally require written return authorization. Specially sourced or custom products may have additional restrictions.

Customers should contact orders@caspioltd.com promptly regarding damaged, defective or incorrect products, or to request cancellation.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

11. Delivery Issues

Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments promptly and report visible damage, missing items or incorrect products as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain relevant photographs, packaging and supporting documentation where available.

Caspio will review reported issues and coordinate an appropriate resolution consistent with the order terms and applicable law.

12. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The website, its original text, layout, design and other content are provided for legitimate shopping, quotation and informational purposes.

Customers may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use its content in a way that infringes applicable intellectual property rights.

Manufacturer names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Third-Party Services

Our online store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery and technical services.

Customers may be subject to additional terms from applicable third-party service providers when using their services.

Caspio remains responsible for its own contractual obligations and any responsibilities imposed by applicable law.

14. Website Availability and Liability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and reliable website functionality. However, temporary interruptions, technical errors or unavailable features may occur.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caspio is not responsible for unforeseeable indirect losses arising solely from website interruptions or unauthorized misuse of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website and ordering process is handled in accordance with our published Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights that apply to the customer.

17. Changes to These Terms

Caspio may update these Terms of Service to reflect operational, business or legal changes.

Updated terms will be published on our website. Changes will apply prospectively, except where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
