Shipping & Delivery

Caspio offers wholesale plumbing supplies with delivery across Canada. Standard online checkout is available for eligible Canadian delivery destinations.

All accepted orders must meet a minimum merchandise value of $3,000 CAD after discounts, before taxes and shipping.

Canadian Standard Shipping

For eligible non-rural and non-remote Canadian delivery addresses:

  • Orders from $3,000 to $5,999.99 CAD: Standard shipping is approximately 10% of the merchandise subtotal, subject to the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

  • Orders of $6,000 CAD or more: Free standard shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Applicable taxes may be charged on shipping.

Rural & Remote Delivery

Rural, remote and special-access destinations may require custom freight arrangements and additional shipping charges.

Additional shipping charges may apply even after checkout and payment have been completed, including orders that qualified for free standard shipping.

All orders are reviewed by Caspio before fulfillment. If your delivery address requires special freight arrangements, we will contact you to confirm any additional charges.

Additional charges require your approval and payment before fulfillment. Your payment method will not be charged automatically for these adjustments.

If you decline the additional shipping charges, you may cancel your unfulfilled order and receive a refund.

United States & International Shipping

Standard online checkout is currently available for eligible Canadian delivery addresses only.

Orders requiring delivery to the United States or other international destinations must be submitted through our Request a Quote process.

International shipping costs, product availability and applicable charges will be reviewed and confirmed individually before payment is requested.

Canadian standard shipping rates and free shipping offers do not apply to international deliveries.

Order Review & Fulfillment

All orders are reviewed by Caspio before fulfillment to verify product availability, delivery eligibility and any applicable shipping adjustments.

Once all order details are confirmed and applicable charges are approved and paid, the order is released for fulfillment.
